• 07:45 -12:45  – Arrival at Cabeza de Toro beach by minivan, meet and greet
• 07:50 -12:50  – Health and safety briefing
• 08:15 -01:15  – Guests boarding boat
• 08:30 -01:30  – Boat heads for the high seas (5 to 15 miles)
• 08:40 -01:40  – Briefing of boat safety, facilities and fishing procedures
• 08:50 -01:50 – All lines in the water
• 12:00 -05:00 – Start return to shore (still fishing)
• 12:30 -05:30  – Fishing boat is anchored clients return to shore
• 01:00 -06:00  – Departure to the hotel by transport
